Ethical Leadership

There are many courses about leadership that teach what leaders need to do but not many that encourage leaders or would-be leaders to think about their “being” as leader. Leadership is very different to management. Leadership is about vision casting and drawing people in to be part of that vision. It is about developing individuals, caring about individuals. Ethical leadership is about integrity, kindness and vulnerability. Words that don’t usually go hand in hand with leading whether it’s in business, health, education or community.

In this half day workshop Angharad will challenge participants to think about the heart of leadership. She will invite those who attend, to consider the concept that those who have leadership within them, truly understand that their purpose is to serve the people they lead. She hopes that following this workshop, participants will go back to their workplaces refreshed, encouraged and ready to lead with integrity.

This workshop can be adjusted to be presented as a shorter keynote.
